We believe that people who innovate are motivated, and vice versa. One of the key ways we encourage Content Formula staff to innovate and participate in R&D is to select live client projects and invest in them along with our client. We allocate additional resources, at our expense, to these projects if we see a learning opportunity or an interesting experiment in digital. We’d like to share some of the innovative projects we’ve put a little extra into, although we often have to omit the name of the client for confidentiality reasons.
