SharePoint site owner and end user support

Your employees may not have the latest and best SharePoint skills. We can be on hand to support them to upload content, manage permissions, create new sections and sites or troubleshoot and fix issues. SharePoint site owner and end user support can also include on-demand ‘hand-holding’ and telephone coaching.

Intranet and SharePoint support for internal communications

Your internal communications team may have great comms skills but need more help when it comes to managing the intranet. We provide an on demand and/or pro-active comms support service. The service includes all of the more technical aspects of managing a SharePoint intranet and also more traditional comms support such as creating and writing content, designing graphics and imagery, providing UX consulting, managing content pipelines, supporting comms and change initiatives.

Our service levels and responsiveness

SharePoint and intranet support is a big part of our business. We are highly responsive and typically respond to support requests within minutes although we aim for a one-hour response time. Within that hour we will give you an estimate of how long it will take to resolve the issue or carry out the task. Most support tickets are resolved same day.

Our support packages are flexible:

Annual support contracts

Support contracts give you an allocation of monthly support hours (minimum 10 hour per month) that can be used on demand (or pro-actively, if you required). Unused hours can be carried forward and you can even borrow hours from future months if you run out.

Bucket of hours

For a more ad-hoc support service, or for a infrequent support requirements, a bucket of support hours may be more appropriate. The hourly rate for buckets is higher but it doesn’t tie you into an annual contract. Hours can be used as and when you wish within a 12 month period. When the bucket is empty you can buy some more hours.

Reporting and timesheeting

Irrespective of the support package you opt for, all work is timesheeted and we also keep a dashboard showing how we have supported your site, how many hours you have left etc.
